Getting started

Add a batch of items

Shoot or drop many photos at once. AI turns each pair into a draft you approve in one list.

Steps

  1. Tap the arrow next to + Add item and choose Add a batch (on a phone: copper + → Add a batch).

The Add item menu
  1. Set Photos per item (2 = front and back), plus anything shared by the whole lot: status, bought from, how acquired, purchase date and storage location.

  2. Shoot with camera or Add photos. Photos are paired in order, so shoot front, back, front, back. Tap Next item → to start a new item early.

  3. AI fills in every draft in the background (1 credit per item).

  4. Review the list: fix titles, add cost and ask. Enter jumps to the same box on the next row, so you can type costs straight down the list.

  5. Tap Approve to move them into your inventory.

Handy tools in the review bar

  • Lot cost: type what you paid for the whole lot and split it evenly, by ask or by market value. Cents add up exactly.

  • Set for N: set bought from, status, location, date, cost, ask or grade for many drafts at once.

  • Find comps runs only on drafts worth it (graded, or $20 and up). Cheap raw coins keep their AI estimate.

  • Use market as ask and Print N labels work on the whole batch.

Drafts don't count in your totals, exports or Show mode until you approve them.
