The plain-English version
We collect your email and whether you’re a collector or dealer so we can invite you to the beta and send product updates. The items, photos and prices you add to Kilito belong to you. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share your collection with other users. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

What we collect
Waitlist: your email address and role (collector, dealer, or both).
App account: your name, email, login details and two-step verification settings.
Your content: items, photos, cert numbers, costs, prices, notes and sales you add.
Usage data: basic device, browser and page-visit information our hosting providers collect automatically.

How we use it
To send your beta invite and occasional product updates (unsubscribe any time).
To run the app: identify items, find market comps, calculate values and print labels.
To keep accounts secure, fix bugs and improve Kilito.
We never sell or rent personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with
Framer (website hosting and forms) and Supabase (app database, login and file storage). AI and pricing services (such as Anthropic and eBay) receive only the item details and photos needed to identify an item or find comps. Email providers that deliver our messages. Authorities, when required by law.

Retention and security
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and account data while your account is active. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and accounts support two-step login. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong password. Kilito isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Your choices
Unsubscribe using the link in any email. Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data by emailing hello@kilitocoin.com. Workspace owners can delete their workspace and its data from Settings. If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and email you about material changes. Contact us any time at hello@kilitocoin.com.
