These Terms govern your use of kilito.app and the Kilito app (the “Service”). By joining the beta or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use Kilito for a business, you confirm you can accept these Terms on its behalf.

The plain-English version
Kilito helps you catalog, price and label coins, paper money and collectibles. Your inventory is yours. AI results and market values are estimates to help you decide. Always verify before you buy, sell or insure. The beta is free, may change, and may have bugs.

Your account
You must be 18 or older to use Kilito.
Keep your login and two-step verification secure.
You’re responsible for activity in your account and by members you invite to your workspace.
Give us accurate account information.

Acceptable use
Only upload items and photos you have the right to use.
Don’t use Kilito to pass off counterfeit items as genuine or to misrepresent grades or certifications.
Don’t scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the Service.
Don’t use Kilito to break any law.

AI results and market values
Identifications, descriptions, approximate grades for raw items, and market values are generated automatically from your photos and third-party data such as eBay listings and auction records. They can be wrong or out of date. They are not appraisals, professional grading or authentication, and they are not financial advice. You're responsible for checking them before you rely on them.

Your content
You own the items, photos and notes you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run and improve the Service. We don’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.

Beta, credits, changes, disclaimers, liability, ending & contact
The beta is free. Features, AI credits and limits may change. We’ll show clear pricing before any paid plan charges you. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Kilito isn’t liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made based on AI results or market values, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You can stop using Kilito and delete your workspace at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We’ll post changes here and update the date above.
