Getting started
Add an item with AI
Add photos and Kilito fills in the details by itself. A complete item in under a minute.

Steps
Tap + Add item (on your phone, tap the copper + in the tab bar, then Add an item).
Add photos with Add photos or Camera. Front and back work best. For slabs, include the label. Photos show up right away while they upload.
AI starts by itself. A few seconds after your photos are in, you'll see Filling with AI in 4…. Add the back photo during the countdown and both go in one run. Tap Fill now to skip the wait or Cancel to stop it.
Review what AI filled in, adjust anything, and tap Save item in the bar at the bottom.

Prefer to start it yourself? Turn off Auto-fill from photos in the AI entry box and tap Fill with AI · 1 credit when you're ready.
What AI fills in
Title, year, mint mark, denomination, country, variety, mintage, metal and pure weight, cert number and grade (for slabs, read straight from the label) and a short history you can use in listings. For world coins and notes it also checks the Numista catalog.
Value right away
AI gives every new item a value range from the photos. It shows as ✦ AI est. until you run real comps.
Good to know
Note for AI: type anything helpful in the note box, like paid $54 on Whatnot yesterday. Kilito reads the price, source and date into the Buying section for free.
Raw coins: AI doesn't guess grades on raw coins. It gives a value range instead. A grade you type yourself (from an auction 2x2 card, say) shows with a small raw tag.
Overwrite filled fields: leave it on for new items. Turn it off when re-running AI on an item you've already edited.
No credits or prefer typing? Tap Enter manually.
Speed tips
Save & add another starts a new item and keeps the type, status, purchase date and source.
Save & print label saves and prints in one tap.
⋯ → Duplicate (top right of the item page) copies an item without photos, cert or sale info.
Lots to add? Use Add a batch. See Add a batch of items.
