Ask Kilito is a chat assistant built into the app. It answers how-to and troubleshooting questions from this Help Center.
Open it
On a computer, tap the Ask Kilito button at the bottom right.
On a phone, go to More → Ask Kilito.
Good to know
It's free and uses no AI credits. You can ask up to 40 questions a day.
It can't see or change your items, credits, account or billing.
Talk to a person
Tap Talk to Kilito Support in the chat. It sends the conversation to us, you can add a note, and a person replies by email.
