Set your rules

Settings → Pricing rules:

Pricing rules in Settings
  • Platform fee % and Fixed fee $: what your main selling platform charges per sale.

  • Supplies $ / item: holders, flips, labels, shipping supplies.

  • Minimum profit $ and %: the least you want to make on a sale.

The Price box on each item

  • Your ask: click (or tap) the number to change it.

  • Market: the current value and where it came from.

  • Profit at ask: what you'd make after fees and supplies.

  • Use suggested $X: a ready-made ask with a line showing where it came from: recent sales first, then AI est. (low), the low end of the AI range. It never goes below your cost + profit, or under melt + 5%.

Lowest OK

The lowest price that still covers your cost, fees, supplies and minimum profit. It shows on scan cards and when selling, with a warning if a price goes below it.

Set many asks at once

Tap Select, pick items, then Set ask…. Choose market value (low, mid or high), market ± %, an exact price, or your current ask ± % or $. Round to whole dollars, .99 or the next $5. A preview shows every old and new price before you apply, and Undo is one tap away. See Edit many items at once.

Tips

  • Add what you paid (under Buying) to every item. Without a cost, profit shows as a dash.

  • Gifts, giveaways and inherited coins: pick it under How acquired and the cost is set to $0 so it doesn't count as missing.

  • Only the owner and people you allow can see costs and profit.
