Question 1

What can I track in Kilito?

Accepted Answer

Coins, paper money and bullion, sports cards (Pokemon and other TCG cards too), and comic books. When you create a workspace you pick Coins & currency, Sports cards or Comics. Each type has its own fields, its own AI specialist and its own eBay listing details. Track more than one kind by adding another workspace.

Question 2

How does Kilito identify items from photos?

Accepted Answer

Add photos of the front and back, or of the slab label. In a coins workspace the AI fills the year, mint mark, denomination, variety, mintage and metal, and reads PCGS, NGC and PMG labels. In a sports cards workspace it reads the player, set, card number, parallel and serial number. In a comics workspace it reads the cover and indicia for the issue, printing and edition. Raw items get a value range instead of a guessed grade, and you review every field before saving.

Question 3

Where do the market prices come from?

Accepted Answer

Recent eBay sales and active listings, auction results and dealer prices from across the web, matched to your exact coin and grade. Every value shows where it came from, like 5 sold, 3 listed or AI est., so you know how solid the number is. Silver and gold also follow live spot prices.

Question 4

Which label printers work with Kilito?

Accepted Answer

NIIMBOT (with one-tap Bluetooth printing in Chrome and Edge), DYMO, Zebra, Rollo and Brother, plus a print-ready PDF for any printer or Avery sheets. Every label has a QR code that opens the item when you scan it.

Question 5

Can my partners or staff use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On Dealer and Shop you can invite your team with their own roles: admin, staff or viewer. Purchase costs and profit stay hidden unless you allow someone to see them.

Question 6

How much does Kilito cost?

Accepted Answer

Kilito is free to start: the Collector plan includes 100 items and 50 AI credits, no card needed. Collector Plus ($4.99/mo) gives 1,000 items and 20 AI credits a month. Dealer ($19.99/mo) adds unlimited items, Show mode, exports and sales import, with 40 credits a month. Shop ($39.99/mo) adds staff seats, 3 workspaces and 100 credits a month. Credit packs start at $12 and never expire. See the pricing page for details.

Question 7

Is my collection private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your workspace is visible only to you and the people you invite. Other Kilito users can't see your items, and your price searches are never shared with anyone. We don't sell your data, and you can export everything anytime.

Question 8

Does it work on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kilito runs in your phone's browser like an app, with a tab bar for Inventory, Scan and Add. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen from its own icon. No app store download needed.

Question 9

Can I list items on eBay, Whatnot or Shopify?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Dealer and Shop. Pick your items, tap Sell on, and Kilito makes a draft file for eBay, Whatnot or Shopify with titles, photos, grades and prices filled in. After a show, import your sales report and everything is marked sold with the real fees.
