Sell on eBay, Whatnot and Shopify

Steps

1. Tap Select and pick the items.

2. Tap Sell on ▾ and choose eBay · drafts, Whatnot · drafts or Shopify.

3. Check the options, then Download file.

4. Upload it on the marketplace.

You can also use ⋯ → Export for Whatnot / eBay / Shopify and choose Selected, Items shown now (your filters or show pool) or All unsold.

eBay

• Upload in Seller Hub → Reports → Uploads. Kilito uses eBay's own Create new drafts template, so items arrive as drafts and nothing goes live until you finish them.

• eBay needs a category ID. Morgan dollars and Silver Eagles are set automatically; for everything else type the ID in the export box (it's the number in the eBay category's web address).

• Grade, cert number, year, mint and composition go into eBay's item specifics. Raw coins are listed as ungraded.

• Set shipping, returns and Best Offer on the draft in eBay.

Whatnot

• Upload in Seller Hub → Inventory → Import from CSV. Items arrive as drafts.

• Uses Whatnot's official coin template: category, product type and condition come from your item.

• Choose Buy it Now or Auction, the shipping profile and whether to accept offers.

• Add SKU to each title is on by default. It's how sales get matched back later.

Shopify

Upload in Shopify admin → Products → Import, as drafts or live.

Good to know

• Descriptions are built from your details and AI history. Private notes are never exported.

• Photo links work for 30 days, plenty of time to import.

• The dialog warns about items missing a price, photos or a grade.
