Import a sales report
Mark everything sold from your Whatnot, eBay, Shopify or auction report, then get a pack list and recap.
Where to get the report
Whatnot: Seller Hub → Ledger → orders report
eBay: Seller Hub → Orders → Download report
Shopify: Orders → Export
HiBid, Proxibid or your own spreadsheet work too (.csv or .xlsx).
Steps
⋯ → Import sales report.
Set Sold on and, if it was a show, the Show / event name.
Choose the file.
Check the columns. Kilito guesses which column is the item, price, buyer, date, order # and fees, and remembers your fixes for next time.
Review matches. Kilito matches each sale by SKU, by the SKU inside the title, or by cert number.
Tap Mark N items sold. Nothing changes until you do.
Sales that need a match
Rows without a SKU show as Needs a match. Tap Scan to scan the coin's label, Pick item from a suggested list, or ignore the row.
Your recap
Sales, fees, profit after cost and fees, and average sale
Didn't hit retail: items that sold under your ask
Still in the show pool: items that didn't sell
Pack list by buyer, with storage location and a Print button
