Getting started
Your inventory screen explained
The three summary tiles, status chips, filters and the buttons across the top.

The buttons across the top
+ Add item: add one item. The arrow next to it opens Add a batch and Import a file.
Scan to sell | Scan to view: record an in-person sale, or just look an item up by its label. See Which scan do I use?
Select: pick items to print labels, set prices, add to a show or send to eBay, Whatnot or Shopify.
⋯: import, export, sales report import, Update market prices and Recently deleted.
The three tiles
Tap any tile to open its details underneath.
Items: how many unsold pieces you have and how many sold this month. Details break it down by type (coins, notes, bullion and more). Tap a type to filter the list.
Collection value: what everything in stock is worth today, plus Spent to date. See Collection value and where it comes from.
Potential profit: what you'd make if everything sold at your asking prices, after fees and supplies. Only items with an ask and a known cost count, so missing costs never inflate it.

Status chips
Not sold · For sale · Collection · Sold · All sit right under the tiles. One tap switches the list.
Search, filter and sort
Search looks through SKU, title, cert #, notes and more. Typing a SKU like KN-42 jumps to just that item.
Type, value and sort menus narrow the list: has sales, listed only, AI estimate only, no market data, silver and gold, stale prices, missing cost, no ask price and more.
List / Grid: List shows details and prices. Grid shows big photos.
Each item row
Market: the value plus a tag that tells you where it came from (✓ 4 sold, 3 listed, ✦ AI est., Melt) and when it was checked.
Ask: your asking price, profit and cost. A red Below melt warning shows if your ask is under the metal value.
Comps · Sold · ⋯: check prices, record a sale, or open the menu for Print label, Open / edit and Delete.
