What key facts are

Key facts are short story points about an item, like why a coin matters or what makes an issue a key. AI writes them when it fills in an item. They show in the Key facts section of the item page, on the quick view and as talking points in Show mode.

Edit your key facts

  • Type over any fact to change it.

  • Tap + Add a fact to add your own.

  • Tap Rewrite · 1 credit to have AI write a new set.

Pick what goes on the label

Tag up to 3 facts for the label. The Key facts label preview on the item page shows how it will look.

Print a key facts label

  • On one item: tick Print key facts label in the bottom bar (Key facts on a phone), then save.

  • On many items: tap Select, pick your items, open the print options and tick Key facts labels only. Items with no key facts are skipped.

Key facts labels show the title and your tagged facts. They have no QR code, SKU or price, and they work on labels 50 mm wide and 25 mm tall or bigger.

Add one fact to a QR label

Tick Key fact in the Label panel to add your first tagged fact to a QR label. It fits on labels 50 mm wide and 25 mm tall or bigger. Turn it on for this workspace in Settings → Labels.

Use a second printer

Keep one printer for QR labels and another for key facts labels. Go to Settings → Labels → Key facts labels on this device and pick the printer and size. Leave it on Same printer as QR labels if you only have one. A second NIIMBOT is paired there too, and the choice is saved per device.
