Print QR labels
Print one label or a whole batch, with the right size for your printer.
Print one label
On the item page, tap Print label at the top (it saves first), or Save & print label in the bottom bar.
In your inventory list, tap ⋯ → Print label on any row.
For more options use the Label panel under the photos: pick printer and size, turn Show price on or off, set Copies, then Print, Download PNG or Copy image.
Print a batch
Tap Select and pick the items (or Select all shown).
Pick your printer and label size in the bar.
Tap the print button. It changes with your printer and device.
Which print button you'll see
Print to NIIMBOT on Chrome or Edge (computer or Android) prints straight over Bluetooth.
Send to Niimbot app on iPhone shares the labels to the Niimbot app.
Print to DYMO / Zebra when their helper app is running.
Print for everything else, or Download PDF / ZIP.
What's on a label
The QR code, SKU, title, year and mint, and price (if shown). The QR always opens the item, even if you change your SKU format later.
Leave the price off
Tick Don't print price on label under Buying on any item and it stays off every label until you change it.
Each device remembers its printer
Your phone and computer can use different printers. Set a team default in Settings → Labels & QR.
