Show pools for live selling
Group everything you might sell in a show, swap items freely, and see what didn't sell.
A show pool is everything you might sell in a show. Run items in any order, swap based on what chat asks for, and pull anything that isn't bidding high enough. Unsold items simply stay in stock.
Create a show pool
Tap Select and pick the items for the show.
Tap Add to show…, name it (for example "Whatnot Tue 10/20"), and save.
Use it
The All shows filter on the inventory screen shows just that pool.
In Show mode, pick the lot to see what's in it, and Show Window can show Up next from it.
Send the pool to Whatnot with Sell on → Whatnot while it's selected.
After the show, import your sales report and pick the same show name. The recap shows what sold and what's still in the show pool.
Remove items from a pool
Select them, tap Add to show…, then Remove from show. Or clear the leftovers from the sales recap in one tap.
