Once you've made a sale, the inventory screen shows what you've sold and what you made. You can print a report or download a file for any period.

The Sales card opened to show profit, fees and sales by platform

The Sales card

Profit this month shows your profit after fees, shipping and what you paid, plus items sold and total sales. Tap it for the details.

  • Pick This month, Last month, This year or All time.

  • See sales, fees and shipping, what you paid and profit.

  • See your margin, average profit, average sale and best sale.

  • Where it sold splits sales and profit by platform.

The Sold list

Tap the Sold chip to see every sale, newest first. Each row shows the sale date, platform, fees and shipping, profit and what you paid.

Totals above the Sold list

The totals above the list follow the period, search and filters you've chosen. Search for one platform or item type and the totals change to match.

Print or download a report

  1. Choose a period on the Sales card or above the Sold list.

  2. Tap Print report for a clean page with totals, platforms and each sale.

  3. Or tap Download CSV to open your sales in a spreadsheet. The file also includes buyers.

Reports from the Sold list include only the sales you see there, so filters and search apply. Allow pop-ups if the print page doesn't open.

Keep your profit accurate

  • Add what you paid. A sale with no cost counts in total sales, but not in fees, paid or profit. Kilito flags it so you can fix it.

  • Use real fees and shipping. If you skip them, Kilito estimates fees from your default fee or that platform's rate in Pricing rules. Import sales report adds the real numbers.

  • Set the platform so each sale lands in the right place under Where it sold.

Good to know

  • The card appears after your first sale, so collectors who don't sell keep a simpler screen.

  • People who can't see costs see sales totals, but not profit.
