Tap Refresh to load the latest version. If you have unsaved changes, Kilito warns you first.
The camera won't start
Allow camera access in your browser settings for app.kilitocoin.com, then reload. The camera didn't respond? Unplug the webcam and plug it back in, or close other apps using it. You can always type a SKU instead.
AI didn't fill in my item
Check you have credits left (shown in the AI entry box). If Auto-fill from photos is off, tap Fill with AI yourself. Sharper, closer photos help.
My label prints the wrong size
In the print dialog set the paper size to your label, Scale 100% and Margins None. See Label printer setup tips.
"The printer didn't answer" (NIIMBOT)
Turn the printer off and on, close the NIIMBOT app on your phone or computer, then tap Print label again. Still stuck? Restart your computer to reset Bluetooth.
The Print pop-up was blocked
Allow pop-ups for app.kilitocoin.com.
Where did Print label and Delete go?
In your inventory list they're in each row's ⋯ menu. On the item page, Print label is at the top and Delete is under ⋯.
A market price looks off
Check the tag next to the value. ✓ sold is strongest; listed and ✦ AI est. are less reliable. Fix the title or grade and tap Comps again, or type your own value.
eBay says it couldn't identify my template
Export again from Kilito (the file uses eBay's Create new drafts template) and upload it unchanged in Seller Hub → Reports → Uploads. Make sure each row has a category ID.
I deleted something by mistake
Open ⋯ → Recently deleted and tap Restore.
