Welcome to Kilito: a quick tour
What Kilito does, who it's for, and the fastest way to get value from it in your first 10 minutes.
Kilito is the inventory app built for coin and paper money collectors, dealers and shops. Catalog it. Price it. Sell it. Every piece you own lives in one place: photos, grade, what you paid, what it's worth today and where it's stored.
What you can do
Add items with AI. Add a photo of a coin, slab or banknote and Kilito fills in the year, mint, denomination, mintage, cert details and a short history on its own. Got a pile? Add a batch handles many at once.
Know what it's worth. Kilito checks recent sales and live listings and tags every value, like ✓ 5 sold or 3 listed, so you know how solid the number is. The Collection value tile adds it all up.
Print QR labels. Every item gets a label with its SKU, title and price. Scan it with any phone to pull the item up instantly.
Sell anywhere. Scan to sell at shows, send items to eBay, Whatnot or Shopify as drafts, run Show mode at your table and put a clean coin card on your live stream with Show Window.
Use it on your phone. Kilito works like a phone app, with a tab bar for Inventory, Scan and Add.
Work as a team. Invite staff with the right permissions. Costs stay private to the people you choose.
Your first 10 minutes
Tap + Add item, add a front and back photo, and let AI fill it in.
Tap Comps on that item to see what it's really selling for.
Print a label and scan it with your phone using Scan to view.
Open Settings → Pricing rules and set your fees and minimum profit so every profit number matches your business.
