Getting started
Coins, sports cards or comics: pick a workspace type
Each Kilito workspace tracks one kind of collection, with its own fields and its own AI specialist.

Every Kilito workspace is built for one kind of collection. You pick the type when you create the workspace, and Kilito sets up the fields, the AI and the marketplace exports to match.
The three types
Coins & currency: coins, paper money and bullion. Year, mint mark, denomination, metal and melt value from live spot prices, plus PCGS, NGC and PMG cert numbers.
Sports cards: raw cards and slabs. Player, set, card number, parallel, serial number, rookie, autograph and relic, plus PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC grades.
Comics: comic books and magazines. Publisher, series, issue, printing, newsstand or direct, variants and key issues, plus CGC and CBCS grades.
Pick a type
When you sign up, Kilito asks What will you track here? Choose Coins & currency, Sports cards or Comics.
Give the workspace a name and save.
Change the type
Owners can change the type in Settings → Business → Tracks, but only while the workspace has no items. Once you add an item the type is locked, so your fields and listings stay consistent.
Track more than one kind
Collect coins and cards? Create a second workspace for the other type from the workspace switcher. Extra workspaces are an add-on on any plan, up to 3. See Plans & billing.
Move items between workspaces
Owners and admins can move items with ⋯ → Move to workspace. Photos, costs and comps move with the item, and it gets a new SKU in the new workspace. Its old SKU stays searchable.
